Eng. Mesfin Tewolde is a civil engineer with specialized expertise in irrigation engineering and hydrology. Abraham Gebeyehu Nitsuh is an irrigation and drainage engineer with extensive professional experience in feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, drainage infrastructure, marshland development, hillside irrigation, pressurized irrigation, surface irrigation, canal networks, hydraulic structures, pump stations, construction supervision, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
